1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "judi24", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the judi24 platform at judi24.co, licenced under an international gaming authority.
• "Platform" refers to the judi24 website at judi24.co and all associated services, including the sportsbook, casino, live dealer, slots, and e-sports products.
• "User", "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the judi24 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account held by a Member on the judi24 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) funds held in a Member's judi24 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by judi24 before processing withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet amount a Member must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing judi24, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the judi24 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the judi24 Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

3.Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the judi24 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money activity on judi24. judi24 applies a strict minimum age of 21 and will close any Account found to belong to a person under this age, with any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable gaming regulations.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on judi24. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Account Only: You may only register and operate an Account in your own name and for your own personal use. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through judi24's own responsible gaming tools or through any external authority.

4.Account Registration

To access real-money services on judi24, you must register a Member Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your judi24 login credentials. judi24 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to a failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify judi24 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account by contacting our 24/7 support team.
• judi24 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to suspend or terminate an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where false or misleading information has been provided.
• Account registration is free of charge. judi24 will never request payment to create an Account.
• Members must ensure their registered contact details remain current. Failure to maintain accurate information may affect your ability to complete KYC verification and process withdrawals.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the judi24 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. judi24 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Minimum Deposit: RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Members must submit valid Malaysian identity documentation (MyKad or equivalent) before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes applicable to your VIP tier. Standard tier requests are processed within 1–3 hours during operational hours. VIP Diamond tier requests are processed within 15 minutes.
• Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used for deposit and verified in the Member's name. judi24 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Wagering Requirements: Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal.
• Transaction Fees: judi24 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which judi24 accepts no responsibility.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

judi24 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to the Member's Account as Bonus Funds and are subject to the stated Wagering Requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the specified promotional validity period. Unmet Wagering Requirements will result in the expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings at the end of the validity period.
• judi24 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in permanent suspension.
• judi24 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close any Account where it believes a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk covering bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full.

7.Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on judi24. Game-specific rules are published within each game and apply in addition to these general terms:

• All bets are final once confirmed. judi24 does not accept requests to cancel or amend settled wagers except in cases of manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to incorrect odds published due to a technical fault), judi24 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its discretion.
• judi24 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any Member at its sole discretion, including professional gamblers and Members whose betting patterns are consistent with advantage play.
• All casino games and slots on judi24 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure game fairness. Published RTP percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Sports betting markets are subject to specific settlement rules published in the sportsbook section. In the event of ambiguity, judi24's decision on settlement is final and binding.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the judi24 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on judi24
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age
• Using another person's Account or payment method without their explicit consent
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform function
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the judi24 Platform
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, abusive, or harmful through any judi24 communication channel

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the judi24 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game titles, text, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of judi24 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No content from judi24 may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from judi24.

10.Privacy & Data

judi24 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering on judi24, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• judi24 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• judi24 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• judi24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failure.
• judi24's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• judi24 shall not be liable for losses caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.

12.Account Suspension & Termination

judi24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring account closure

On voluntary Account closure by a Member, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

13.Responsible Gaming

judi24 is committed to responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Members. judi24 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time from your Account settings or via our 24/7 support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session duration reminders.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the judi24 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the specified exclusion period.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which judi24 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to judi24's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Members must submit a written complaint to judi24's support team. judi24 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 calendar days. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the relevant independent adjudication body specified by our licensing authority.

15.Amendments to Terms

judi24 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via the registered email address and/or by a notice on the judi24 Platform.

Continued use of the judi24 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
